Immigration Psychological Evaluation

Let's stay together

We provide immigration mental health evaluations to support clients and attorneys in documenting emotional, psychological, and family-related hardship.

Case types

Clear, compassionate documentation.

01

Extreme Hardship Waivers

Immigration hardship evaluations, including I-601 cases, document the emotional, psychological, and practical challenges a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident family member may face if the applicant is removed. Evaluations may address family dynamics, financial dependence, mental health concerns, and the impact of separation.

02

U Visa

Evaluations for U Visa cases focus on the psychological consequences of being a victim of qualifying serious crimes, such as domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking. The evaluation helps document the lasting emotional impact of the crime.

03

Asylum

Asylum evaluations explore traumatic events, fear of persecution, and the psychological impact of violence, threats, or displacement. The report may document symptoms consistent with trauma, depression, anxiety, or PTSD.

04

T Visa

T Visa evaluations are for victims of human trafficking. The assessment documents the emotional and psychological impact of trafficking and how those experiences affect the client's mental health and well-being.

05

VAWA

VAWA evaluations assess the emotional and psychological effects of abuse by a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse or family member. The report provides professional documentation of the impact of abuse on mental health.
